Hello and welcome to my website. I'm a writer, content provider and freelance market research consultant.

I worked in research and branding for 15 + years and went freelance in 2017. My key focus was understanding the UK market and the ways in which parents relate to brands and advertising.

I edit the iconic parenting site Selfish Mother and am also co-founder of The Hotbed Collective- a podcast about sex and relationships.

​

I'm available for research projects (I specialise in understanding beauty, parenting and FMCG brands), consultancy, expert interviews, content creation and chairing panel events. 

I have just finished my first book 'Diary of A Midlife Crisis' and am currently working on a book for The Hotbed Collective.
